Everyone is welcome to join our Monday night drop-in meditation classes in Cobourg. You can come by any week for a relaxing evening of meditation practice and discussion.
Over the next several weeks, Deborah Corrigan, the course instructor, will explore how to train the mind and overcome negativity through meditation.
If you've taken a meditation course previously, these evenings are an excellent way to maintain and deepen your experience of meditation.
Our meditation courses are for everyone who is interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs. They are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, teachings and practice.
