Creating Positive Minds - Thursday evenings
There is nothing more important than the mind, from the Buddhist point of view. Our mind determines how we feel, how we experience our world, and what potential we see for ourselves and others. All our relationships, positive and negative, depend upon our attitude and view of others.
Given the value of knowing our own mind, our Thursday night course takes a closer look at practical Buddhist psychology. How do we create positive states of mind? What role can meditation play in exploring and developing the mind to its full potential? Come to our Thursday night course and find out.
Each class includes a guided meditation and opportunities for discussion - you'll probably meet new friends.
You're welcome to join the course at any time.
