Learn to Meditate at Danforth/Coxwell Library Monday evenings

Our popular Monday night meditation class at Danforth/Coxwell Library (2nd floor meeting room) begins a new series of four classes starting Feb. 22nd.

You can achieve significant results in just a few weeks. It's a perfect place to start if you're just curious, or would like to deepen your understanding of meditation.
It's also an opportunity to explore the mind in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You'll probably meet new friends!

Suggested materials: "Meditations for Relaxation" CD ($15.95) is recommended, since daily or regular practise is essential to get the most benefit from this course, available online from Tharpa Publications. Some copies will be available at the course.
