Meditation for Relaxation: Jan. 28th and Feb. 4th in North Bay
"When the flow of distracting thoughts subsides and the mind becomes still, a deep sense of happiness and contentment arises naturally from within."
- Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
At our new meditation classes on Jan. 28th and Feb. 4th, you'll deepen your experience of meditation if you're a experienced meditator. They are an excellent introduction to meditation if you're new to the practice.
For those of you having taken some classes in the fall, you'll be able to support and reinvigorate your practice, and enjoy the company of your fellow meditators.
Together with the instructor, Kadam Deborah Corrigan, you'll explore, in depth, a powerful and effective breathing meditation. As always, there will be plenty of time for discussion and questions.
