Meditation for Relaxation - Tuesday nights
Our introductory meditation course will help you learn the three meditations on our Meditations for Relaxation CD, a breathing meditation, a visualization and a mantra meditation. A perfect place to start if you're just curious, or would like to deepen your understanding of meditation.
Simple and easy to learn, these meditations will calm your mind. We'll also explore our ability to create joyous, positive states of mind - ideal for forgetting about the winter blahs.
It's also an opportunity to explore meditation in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You'll probably meet new friends!
Time and Place:
This course is at Atisha Buddhist Centre (1823 Gerrard Street East, Toronto) on Tuesdays, 7 - 9pm, given by Bill Chapman, a highly qualified meditation teacher.

We reommennd that you purchase our Meditations for Relaxation CD which includes 16 page course outline, since daily or regular practise is essential to get the most benefit from this course. Meditations for Relaxation ($15.95) is available for online ordering from Tharpa Publications, or at the Atisha Buddhist Centre Dharma Shop.
