Our workshop on Nov. 22nd will explore one of the least understood meditations in the cycle of 21 meditations practised at Atisha Buddhist Centre. You’ll get new insight into reincarnation, the meaning of the Lower Realms and the purpose of refuge.
During this unique workshop, you’ll understand our current situation from the Buddhist point of view, and what to do about it.
These meditations were first presented in this form by the great Indian Buddhist Master Atisha (982-1054 AD) and have inspired meditators for a thousand years.
This Saturday workshop will allow you to:
- gain a deeper understanding of reincarnation
- find out about our past and future lives
- learn about the importance of refuge
- enjoy a relaxed and friendly environment to explore these topics
- meet new friends and have plenty of time for questions and discussion
We’ll have vegetarian snacks and refreshments, and an opportunity visit our World Peace Garden in its autumn glory.
Everyone welcome – suitable for beginning and experienced meditators.
