Creating Positive Minds through Meditation - Sault Ste Marie, Feb. 26, March 4 and 11th

Our continuing classes in Sault Ste Marie will explore not only how to calm our mind,  but how we can create positive minds through meditation.

You'll explore how creating positive minds can overcome our negativities and difficulties, particularly anger.

The classes will be an opportunity to practise a breathing meditation, while exploring additional meditation techniques that can help keep our mind positive in difficult situations.

The three session course includes a free copy of How to Solve Our Human Problems ($13.50 value), filled with suggestions about how to train and control our mind in our daily activites.

If you`re new to meditation, the sessions are an excellent introduction. If you`re already an experienced meditator, you`ll deepen your experience and understanding of meditation.

The sessions are also an excellent follow up to our February course.
